The Bulletproof Diet
- Bulletproof Coffee: Black coffee blended with grass-fed butter (or ghee) and MCT oil (Brain Octane Oil). Promotes ketosis, curbs hunger, provides sustained energy
- Cyclical Ketosis: High healthy fats, moderate protein, very few carbs most days. Weekly "carb refeed day" to replenish glycogen
- High-Quality Fats: Avocados, grass-fed butter, coconut oil, MCT oil
- Avoidance of "Kryptonite" Foods: Eliminates sugar, gluten, grains, legumes, and most dairy believed to cause inflammation
- Protein Fasting: One day per week to induce deeper autophagy
